• Bookings are final and non-refundable, except in case of bad weather.
• No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
• Please bring a filled and signed copy of the Tandem Waiver form and a valid photo ID.

Important things to know before your visit

• Skydive Dubai Dress Code: Wear athletic clothes, avoid collared shirts, low-cut blouses, sleeveless shirts, shorts, or crop tops. Only closed shoes are allowed.
• Skydive Dubai Age and Health Restrictions:
  • Participants must be at least 18 years old.
  • Participants over 70 must provide a Declaration of Fitness form signed by a doctor.
  • Pregnant women cannot participate in skydiving.
  • Participants with certain medical conditions are advised to fill out a Declaration of Fitness form.
  • Weight limit: Women – 90.0 kg/198.0 lbs or less, BMI: 27.5 or less. Men – 100.0 kg/220 lbs or less, BMI: 30.0 or less.
  • No alcohol or drugs allowed 24 hours before the skydive.
  • Avoid scuba diving at least 24 hours before the skydive.
  • Zero-tolerance policy for alcohol and/or drugs.
• In case of bad weather: Your skydive may be delayed or canceled, and you’ll receive a full refund.
• Special requests: You can request a female tandem instructor for your experience.
• Arrival time: Please arrive on time as stated on your ticket.
• Height limit: There is no minimum or maximum height limit for this experience.

How to get there:

• By car: The Skydive Dubai Palm Drop Zone is easily accessible by car with designated parking available free of cost.
• By public transportation: Take the metro to DMCC metro station and then a short taxi ride to the location.
• By taxi: You can also take a taxi to the drop zone from anywhere in Dubai, as it’s a popular destination well-known to most taxi drivers.
